EMBROIDERY
At 3G we apply custom embroidery to a very wide variety of garments and other textiles. Embroidery provides a strong, durable and professional look to business wear, sportswear, sports team uniforms, hats, promotional items and related fabric apparel/items.
We have no minimum embroidery orders at 3G which allowing us to service a variety of special or unique requests in addition to having the experience and capacity to manage large company embroidery requirements.
In order to embroider on a garment/item a DST file is required. If you do not have a DST file, we are happy to create one for you from a JPEG or PDF in the sizing/dimensions needed utilizing our in-house digitizer for conversion.
SCREEN PRINTING
Place your corporate message, design, or image by pushing ink directly onto the products’ surface through a fine mesh screen. Screen printing work is a popular and cost effective process with excellent visibility. Contact us for a quote today!
HEAT TRANSFER
Heat transfer uses a heat and pressure process that transfers your logo directly onto a product. This process works with any geometric shape as a background.
Heat transfers are also great for custom numbers, names and words and can be transferred onto any type of garment. These also work well for decorating sport uniforms (baseball uniforms, soccer, hockey, basketball, volleyball).

SUBLIMATION
The sublimation process uses heat to mesh ink and fabric together as one using a design first printed onto special paper. The inks then become gas when heated and bond to the fabric, permanently imprinting the image into the garment.
